Simple Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Easy to make and delicious. Try these as a ice cream cookie sandwich with vanilla or chocolate ice cream!
Ingredients:
1 cup of peanut butter (smooth works best) |
1 cup of sugar |
1 large egg |
Optional: Sea Salt Flakes |
Instructions:
1 | Set oven to 350 degrees. |
2 | Whisk together all the ingredients (starting with the egg whisking first) or place ingredients all at once in a food processor until a dough forms. |
3 | Using a teaspoon drop dough onto a parchment paper covered cookie baking sheet. Space cookies out about 2 inches apart. |
4 | Place baking sheet in the oven for 10 mins (12 mins is the longest you can go before burning.) Bake until golden brown. |
5 | Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1tsp or more of sea salt flakes. Enjoy! |
