PB & J Smoothie

A kid friendly treat for breakfast or any meal. 

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. of peanut butter
1 banana
2 cups of seedless grapes
1/2 cup of low fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of nut milk (almond, soy, or other)
1/4 cup of ice (optional)

Instructions:

1Place all ingredients in a blender. Run until smooth. Poor into a tall 8oz glass and enjoy!
