PB & J Smoothie
A kid friendly treat for breakfast or any meal.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. of peanut butter |
1 banana |
2 cups of seedless grapes |
1/2 cup of low fat Greek yogurt |
1/2 cup of nut milk (almond, soy, or other) |
1/4 cup of ice (optional) |
Instructions:
1 | Place all ingredients in a blender. Run until smooth. Poor into a tall 8oz glass and enjoy! |
