Pasta Bean Soup

This bean soup is filling and hearty, yet takes only minutes to make!

Ingredients:

1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1 medium zucchini chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 cups broth
1/2 cup small pasta
16 oz canned tomatoes (no salt added)
15 oz canned garbanzo beans (drained & rinsed)
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp thyme

Instructions:

Put all ingredients except pasta in a soup pan and bring to a boil. When boiling, add the pasta and cook soup until pasta is done.

Cook's Tips:

Serve with a large salad or raw veggies.
