Non-Dairy Blueberry Banana Ice Cream
After making this recipe, you'll be addicted to how easy it is to make and how much your kids will love it's naturally sweet taste.
Ingredients:
4 very ripe frozen bananas (defrosted and while cold chopped) |
1 cup of blueberries |
Extra blueberries for garnish |
Instructions:
1 | Puree in a blender or processor all ingredients. Scrape bottom and sides as needed. Serve with more fresh blueberries in 1 cup bowls |
Cook's Tips:
Best served cold. You can freeze in an airtight container, but remember to let defrost for 10 minutes before serving. Try this recipe with any berries you have in the fridge.
