Muhammera Walnut and Red Pepper Dip

Great for light snacking and a quick spread to use on sandwiches!

Ingredients:

1 cup of roasted walnuts
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp. of red pepper flakes
4 tbsp. of tomato paste
1 tsp. of pink Himalyan or sea salt
1/2 cup of olive oil or canola oil
1 tsp. of cumin
Lemon juice from one lemon
4 garlic cloves
4 tbsp. of bread crumbs

Instructions:

1Blend all ingredients together and pour into a serving dish or medium sized bowl.
2Eat with fresh veggies and cucumbers as a dip or spread on a sandwich.
