Muhammera Walnut and Red Pepper Dip
Great for light snacking and a quick spread to use on sandwiches!
Ingredients:
1 cup of roasted walnuts |
1 red bell pepper |
1 tsp. of red pepper flakes |
4 tbsp. of tomato paste |
1 tsp. of pink Himalyan or sea salt |
1/2 cup of olive oil or canola oil |
1 tsp. of cumin |
Lemon juice from one lemon |
4 garlic cloves |
4 tbsp. of bread crumbs |
Instructions:
1 | Blend all ingredients together and pour into a serving dish or medium sized bowl. |
2 | Eat with fresh veggies and cucumbers as a dip or spread on a sandwich. |
