Ingredients:

3 ounces roasted turkey breast
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup stuffing
1/4 cup cranberries
1/2 cup green beans

Instructions:

Make a healthy plate:
1/4 of the plate: sliced turkey breast
1/4 of the plate: whole grain stuffing
1/2 of the plate: fruits/veggies: mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberries
