Green Tea Yogurt with Mango
You can use green tea leaves grounded or look for a high grade green tea like Matcha. Great for a lite snack and under 250 calories!
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, cut into cubes

4 teaspoons sugar or sweetener of choice
|
1 1/2 cups Greek-style yogurt
|
1 teaspoon matcha powder |
Instructions:
1 | Mix mango with 2 teaspoons sugar. Let macerate for 30 minutes.

2 | Whisk in yogurt and 2 teaspoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
|
3 | In a separate bowl add 1 tablespoon hot water and green tea. whisk to form a thick paste. Let cool and add paste to the greek yogurt and sugar.

4 | Place mango equally among 4 glasses. Drop spoonfuls of yogurt-green tea mixture over the mango glasses. Serve. |
