Green Tea Yogurt with Mango

You can use green tea leaves grounded or look for a high grade green tea like Matcha. Great for a lite snack and under 250 calories!

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, cut into cubes
4 teaspoons sugar or sweetener of choice
1 1/2 cups Greek-style yogurt
1 teaspoon matcha powder

Instructions:

1Mix mango with 2 teaspoons sugar. Let macerate for 30 minutes.
2Whisk in yogurt and 2 teaspoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
3In a separate bowl add 1 tablespoon hot water and green tea. whisk to form a thick paste. Let cool and add paste to the greek yogurt and sugar.
4Place mango equally among 4 glasses. Drop spoonfuls of yogurt-green tea mixture over the mango glasses. Serve.
