Ginger Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

Ginger adds a hot, spicy sweet flavor to this delicious crisp.

Apple filling:
6 baking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced ( food processor works well)
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Crisp topping:
3 lowfat apple cereal bars
1/2 cup graham crumbs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

Combine all ingredients for apple filling in a large bowl and mix well. Preheat oven to 350
