Banana Peanut Butter Snack Rolls
A quick and fun way to encourage healthy eating in 15min or less.
Ingredients:
1 soft flour tortilla (4-6 inch) |
1 banana |
1 tsp. of cinnamon |
1/2 tsp. of honey |
1 tbsp. of peanut or almond butter |
Instructions:
1 | Take one tortilla and spread peanut butter onto the inside. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and add honey. |
2 | Place banana towards the lower half of your tortilla (as close the the edge as possible.) Slowly roll the tortilla tightly around the banana. |
3 | Use a knife and slice into 1/2 inch circles. You can slice up to 6-8 circle depending on the size of your tortilla. Serve right away and enjoy! |
