Banana Peanut Butter Snack Rolls

A quick and fun way to encourage healthy eating in 15min or less. 


1 soft flour tortilla (4-6 inch)
1 banana
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of honey
1 tbsp. of peanut or almond butter


1Take one tortilla and spread peanut butter onto the inside. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and add honey.
2Place banana towards the lower half of your tortilla (as close the the edge as possible.) Slowly roll the tortilla tightly around the banana.
3Use a knife and slice into 1/2 inch circles. You can slice up to 6-8 circle depending on the size of your tortilla. Serve right away and enjoy!
