Congratulations on your current weight loss. What a wonderful commitment you have made to yourself.

Calorie ranges depend on your height, weight, age and activity factor. A common formula to figure this number is the Harris Benedict formula.

Here is a link to calculate your calorie needs.

Once you know this total number, it is important to make sure that you include different calories from different food groups. Be sure to eat lean meats, healthy fats, balanced carbohydrates, and plenty of fiber.

In addition, remember how important exercise is in maintaining and losing weight.
